Relay provides AI-powered quoting tools for electrical contractors. We allow users to upload voice notes and images to generate professional quotes.
3. Subscriptions and Refunds
Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
Free Trial: We offer a free tier with limited features. You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account management page or by contacting us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, please contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the audio, images, and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Relay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
